    • Max Plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis, starting from the date of your initial purchase.

    • Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

  2. Cancellation Process:

    • You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your Max Login by logging into your account at www.maxamark.com, on the Dashboard you will click the Button called Cancel Subscription. If needed, you can Contact Us, and we will walk you through the process.

    • Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team to assist with the cancellation process.

  3. Refund Policy:

    • No Refunds for Current Month: If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged for the following month. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

    • Access Until End of Current Billing Period: After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current month.

  4. Automatic Renewals:

    • Your Max Plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. To avoid automatic renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription at least 7 days before your next billing cycle begins.

  5. Reactivation:

    • If you cancel and later decide to rejoin, you can reactivate your subscription by signing up again through our website. Your account may retain previous settings and data, depending on how long your account has been inactive.
