3. Subscriptions, Tokens & Payments

Maxamark offers paid subscription plans and token-based usage options.

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout.

  • Additional usage beyond plan limits (e.g., extra tokens) is billed at current rates as displayed on the site.

  • All payments are securely processed via third-party providers.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing. For billing issues, please contact us at admin@maxamark.com within 7 days of your transaction.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, code, software, and intellectual property on Maxamark.com, including the Max AI assistant, is the property of Maxamark or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any part of the service without express written permission.
